UAB Dangu Inžinerijos centras is implementing a project co-financed by the EU to expand its research base in the field of laser technologies.

  • Yterbium fiber laser with outside and inide cladding heads;
  • Inside cladding depth – 500 mm and diameter up to 450 mm;
  • Outside cladding capabilities – diameter 600 mm and length up to 2000 mm;
  • Capability to cladd heavy parts using 6-axis robot.

Laser cladding

Thermal spraying

  • HVAF equipment;
  • Thickness of carbide coating – up to 0.4 mm;
  • Component geometry:
    – surfaces of axis symmetric bodies – unlimited dimensions;
    – flat surfaces – length is up to 2000 mm, width is up to 320 mm;
  • HVOF powder spraying equipment;
  • Thickness of carbide coating of external surfaces is up to 0.6 mm;
  • Thickness of carbide coating of internal surfaces is up to 0.3 mm;
  • Component geometry:
    – external surfaces of axis symmetric bodies – unlimited dimensions;
    – internal surfaces of axis symmetric bodies – coating depth 600 mm, diameter – unlimited;
    – flat surfaces – length is up to 2000 mm, width is up to 320 mm;
  • HVOF wire spraying equipment – 2 systems;
  • Thickness of metal coatings for external surfaces – up to 4 mm;
  • Thickness of metal coatings for internal surfaces – up to 2 mm;
  • Component geometry:
    – external surfaces of axis symmetric bodies – unlimited dimensions;
    – internal surfaces of axis symmetric bodies – coating depth 600 mm, diameter – unlimited;
  • CTS equipment – 4 systems;
  • Thickness of sprayed ceramic coatings – up to 1.2 mm;
  • Thickness of sprayed metal coatings – up to 0.8 mm;
  • Thickness of sprayed – melted coatings – up to 2 mm;
  • In case of melted coatings diameter of the component shall not exceed 200 mm, length is unlimited;
  • Grinding of external cylinder surfaces dmaximum grinding diameter is up to 600 mm;
    maximum grinding length is up to 3200 mm;

  • Grinding of cylinders coated by carbide coatings, applying HVAF and HVOF processes with diamond belts
    maximum grinding diameter 450 mm;
    maximum grinding length 2000 mm;

  • Grinding of external cylinder surfaces
    maximum grinding diameter 400 mm;
    maximum length of grinding gap 500 mm;

  • Grinding of external and internal cylinder surfaces using portable equipment maximum grinding diameter 600 mm; maximum grinding length 1500 mm.
  • Plane grinding width of grinded surface is up to 400 mm; length of grinded surface is up to 1000 mm;

Grinding

Dynamic balancing

  • Dynamic bench balancing of impellers and shafts length of balanced shaft is up to 2500 mm;  maximum balancing diameter 1500 mm; maximum weight 1000 kg;
  • Dynamic balancing of impellers and shafts using portable equipment for machinery and facility bearings Computer FAG Detector – III; Computer DM -3;
  • Turning – cladding lathe with frequency drive suitable for turning and cladding of big components using Laser cladding and PTA processes. Maximum working diameter – 2550 mm, maximum working lenght – 10000 mm – 1 unit;

  • maximum lashing diameter 1600 mm; lashing length 5200 mm, – 1 unit;
  • maximum lashing diameter 1000 mm; lashing length 5000 mm, – 2 units;
